Paula Fett ran her own consulting company and headed the City of Trenton's Incubator Program prior to accepting the same position at Burlington County College(BCC). During her tenure in Trenton, the incubator was able to from zero to sixty in a blink. The BCC Incubator Program, under Paula's leadership became the top program in the Sate of New Jersey and third in the entire region.

Paula is often sought out by many for both her political acumen, which she is praised for her unique campaign skills and fundraising abilities, as well as her business background.  Her knowledge of economic development and business growth is highly respected.
