Our company's success in Howell Township, where we have presently generated over $200 million dollars of new ratables, with an additional $300 million projected over the next three years, has created tremendous interest from various municipalities. As a result, MGR has recently been named as Economic Development Consultant for Jackson, Edgewater Park and Lumberton Townships. We are also conducting a variety of site-specific economic development projects in other New Jersey communities.
