TRAINING PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Training Program Development Tasks We Handle Include:

  • Assist organizations in establishing a basic entry level training program that addresses the needs of their individual organization.
  • Encourage management, operation, and/or maintenance personnel to participate in continuing education programs to update their skills and knowledge in their respective fields.
  • Assist management in the review, coordination, and assessment of all relevant training programs through a review process to ensure all training is current and meets local and state requirements/needs.
  • Evaluate budgets for adequacy in providing required training funds to support both internal and external training efforts.
  • Support and/or sponsor local state and regional training efforts.
  • Produce useful and up-to-date training programs and manuals.

Our Training Program Development Services

MGR develops comprehensive training programs for private and public agencies, trade associations, student groups and labor organizations on topics such as “Citizen Participation in Government”, “Community Organizing”, “Alternate Funding and Grantsmanship”, “Effective Lobbying Techniques” and “Media Relations”.

This training can be provided in house or executed with the Association and/or local and state training providers.
